Unless you want to break Steam's Terms of Service and use a "certain tool", there is no way to get the Multiplayer achievements legitimately in , or legitimately with any save. Although apparently some people have managed to get the multiplayer working again, if you can get a crew of 6 together to help you, go for it, but I don't think it has any effect on a single player save.
If you have a save game somehow that unlocks multiplayer achievements, friend me on steam and I will add the file to the guide and you as a contributor. As you can see I'm still yet to get these achievements myself.

This is a new section Ive made to this guide specifically because theres a bunch of stuff that you can't get through normal means. I will add to this list when people in the comments confirm achievements to not work. I'll delete them if they do unlock. All you have to do is defeat the final boss spoilers: its super easy, you just gotta parry and spam X and boom.
I'm leaving the file up anyways in the slight chance it might work for someone else. Do what ever you want with this file, idk. An update on my comment from last year, I managed to obtain all of the achievements by playing on my own and was only missing Olympian, decided to try the safe-file again and upon completing a challenge as you stated, the achievement unlocked.
